The Ronler Acres 3 building is a manufacturing support building for the adjacent micro chip component production plant.

The building includes a 20,000 ft2 data center which houses all controlling hardware for the fabrication facility, complete with raised computer flooring, under floor power and communication cabling, independent environmental control, humidification, early warning smoke detection and a complete UPS and critical power back up.

The building also includes a cafeteria that produces its own fresh cooked foods daily, a security command center that monitors all nine buildings on the campus, business offices and large conference rooms.
Layton was recognized by the owner on this project for a new benchmark cost, excellent safety record and excellence in overall construction quality.
