The Danbury Corporate Park, located in the heart of Sandy’s commercial district, stands out for its unique and cheerful design. The three two-story buildings that make up the park were completed by Layton simultaneously and under one contract.
While Danbury Corporate Park utilized cost-effective tilt-up concrete panels, it is anything but a standard tilt-up structure. The panels are made of brightly colored stained concrete, the colors of which match perfectly thanks to Layton’s concrete specialists. There are also a multitude of windows in these three buildings, making the office environment even more cheerful for employees.
The principal occupant of the park is NextLink, a telephone service provider and competitor of the local Bell company. The facility houses all of the switches and phone gear for the company.
Layton successfully completed the Danbury Corporate Park campus on time and within budget. |
