Layton contracted with Valley Health Systems to construct Centennial Hills Hospital. The hospital is the fifth hospital within the Valley Health System located throughout southern Nevada. Centennial Hills Hospital is located on a “greenfield” site in northwest Las Vegas.

The eight-story, 171-bed hospital offers emergency services, a women's center and Level II nursery, surgical services for both inpatient and outpatient needs, cardiology care, endoscopy services and an intensive care unit.

Additionally, two medical office buildings are located on the campus, offering primary and specialty medical care in one convenient location.
